I found this a few days ago and must have watched it about 10 times since. Its about a local Film Maker from Cornwall called Mikey Smith who also narrates the piece. The visuals, music and narration are spot on! Enjoy. Watch it

Don't normally blog our own work but look who's reading it!

So chuffed to see this pic of one of my heroes taking a peak at our Cardiff University Ceremony brochure. He was at the Ceremonies to receive his Honorary Degree.

I absolutely love cooking and came across this company, Prepara, in the newspaper.

Aside from making genuinel useful food prep gagets the product design is really pleasing. I especially like these 'Pop Savers' for storing food and spices. Cute, useful and aesthetically pleasing!

I love this idea, buckle your keys to the wall and never lose them. Safety first!

I came across this today on the CR blog. Skateboarding has always been a love of mine since I was a kid so I was instantly drawn to this video. I love the way the fire appears on the floor when the skaters land. Brilliant piece of film. Watch it

This video is simply an ice cube melting away but its shot brilliantly. I think my favorite part is when the water runs over the edge of the curb side :) beautiful! Watch it

I found this online this morning it an amazing Josh Ritter song about a mummy and a lady. It reminded me of when I was younger and used to make my own short films using my action men. I love the way the lyrics work with the film its very sad though. watch it here

These really caught my eye. The fact that they are traditonally crafted using woodcarving is even more pleasing

Italian sculptor Willy Verginer produces outstanding figurative sculptures and installations using the traditional craft of woodcarving.

I like the way he messes with and creates something out of flat planes.
